Originalité du projet

The piccolo isn’t usually an instrument commonly associated with chamber music. Yet this programme proves that it can be just as entertaining, engaging and rewarding to listen to as any other traditional classical instrument.Through a diverse selection of works, the piccolo and flute combine & reveal their unique colors, versatility and charm, offering audiences a fresh perspective which can surprise and inspire!

Lien avec l’identité du Golden Flute Classic et/ou du label “Signature Genève 2027”

For us, there is nothing more rewarding than meeting, making music together and enjoying each other’s company. The joy of sharing musical experiences teaches us and creates long lasting friendships, making these moments unique.

Pédagogie

Today the demands made on young musicians are very high. It is, as we know vital to have the capacity to perform at a professional level on the flute as well as on the piccolo. Our project is educational for young flutists to see how they can develop their piccolo playing while playing wonderful works with friends and colleagues.
