Souffle sur la Place Neuve

This weekend dedicated to the flute is an event organized in collaboration between the
Conservatoire de Musique de Genève
and the association
Souffle d’ici et d’ailleurs
.
It is aimed at all flute lovers, whether children, adults, beginners, or advanced players.
The goal is to create a moment of sharing, discovery, and musical practice in a caring, educational, and artistic setting.

• Masterclass with Loïc Schneider, principal flute of the OSR
  • 9 a.m.–12 p.m. and 1 p.m.–4 p.m.
  • Lipatti Hall – Place Neuve
• Urban flute making workshop by Clément Zanni, building a PVC flute
  • 10:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.–2:00 p.m. (duration 45 minutes)
• Introduction to the flute supervised by professors from the Geneva Conservatory of Music
  • 4:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m. (for young audiences)
• Flute mechanics and flute exhibition by Flautissimo, a specialist flute workshop in Geneva
  • 4:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.
• Concert by Elisaveta Ivanova, flute and Sanja Bizjak, piano
