The largest art school in the canton of Geneva
With 4,500 students and over 50 teaching centers, the Conservatoire Populaire de Musique, Danse et Théâtre (Popular Conservatory of Music, Dance, and Theater) is the largest arts school in the Canton of Geneva. From early music to contemporary and electroacoustic music, including classical and jazz, the school offers a wide range of music courses for children and adults. Students can also train in theater and dance in various styles such as classical, contemporary, modern jazz, hip hop, and musical theater.
In individual or group lessons, students at the Conservatoire Populaire receive training in the performing arts from talented and dedicated artist-teachers and can, through competitive entrance exams, join intensive and pre-professional programs that prepare them for entry into higher education institutions.
