Matthias Ebner studied with Philippe Racine, Gerhard Hildenbrand and Peter-Lukas Graf at the Basel Academy of Music.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n A member of the Sabeth Basel Trio, the flute octet “Les Joueurs de fl\u00fbte,” and the Basel Chamber Orchestra, he performs at numerous festivals and concert series in Europe and Japan and has premiered many works. <\/p>\n <\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Matthias Ebner teaches flute at the General Music School of the Basel Academy of Music and conducts the Flautastico flute orchestra.<\/span><\/span> His flute lessons are available for children and teenagers, adult beginners, and flutists of all ages returning to the instrument, as well as for aspiring professional musicians enrolled in the preparatory program for university studies. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Since the summer of 2009, he has also taught flute in the music department of the Oberwil High School.<\/span><\/span> He is regularly asked to serve as a jury member and expert for the Swiss Youth Music Competition and for university entrance exams.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Biography Matthias Ebner studied with Philippe Racine, Gerhard Hildenbrand and Peter-Lukas Graf at the Basel Academy of Music.
