During its general assembly on May 3, 2024, the La Côte Flute Festival Association was renamed by vote to the Swiss Flute Society. Its purpose is not only to host the Golden Flute Classic Festival but also to work for the development of the flute in Switzerland through educational and cultural activities across the entire national territory.
