SUMMARY:Flute Futures
DESCRIPTION:ABOUT\nA seven-day European youth exchange bringing together 42 young flutists from across Europe for ensemble work\, co-created performances\, and workshops focused on career prospects in Aarhus\, Denmark. The program combines artistic collaboration with training in digital skills\, cultural entrepreneurship\, and well-being\, while participants take part in the Denmark Flute Festival and develop lasting international networks.  \n			\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Participant mobility (travel\, accommodation\, and meals) is fully funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ program\, ensuring fair and inclusive access for young musicians from diverse backgrounds.As a pilot initiative\, Flute Futures is developing a replicable model for future mobility projects aimed at supporting the employability\, creativity\, and intercultural exchange of young musicians. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				During the program\, participants will be able to:\n\n\nCollaborate in ensemble workshops and co-created performances\nParticipate in joint rehearsals and artistic exchange sessions\nDevelop skills in career planning\, cultural entrepreneurship\, and project management\nStrengthen their digital skills\, particularly in online promotion and the use of digital tools\nParticipate in workshops focused on well-being\, resilience\, and sustainable artistic practice\nTake part in intercultural dialogue and peer-learning activities\nActively contribute to program development and personal reflection through learning journals\nDevelop European networks through their participation in the Denmark Flute Festival\n\nAre you a Swiss citizen studying in one of the partner countries?
